Originally, this post was simply going to say, “See ya!”

However, I’ve decided to do something different. You all have been visiting faithfully, in slightly greater numbers before. I want to hold your attention. But I’ll still need my August to be free for planning the schoolyear.

Hence, I will schedule some re-posts of my greatest hits. These will be posts that are either the most popular in terms of views, or posts that I feel are foundational to the worldview of this blog, which I would want any new visitor to be aware of so that they may better understand the context of all the crazy stuff I say. And, if you are an old friend, don’t fear the boredom. You probably have forgotten the contents of these oldies but goodies. How dare you!
