You said it was a marquee so I’m imagining it’s something everyone sees as they enter the property. Then I’m assuming it gets updated after each safety incident. So the next update would have the 23 crossed out and the new number of days below it. People would naturally want to see a larger number and therefore be more cognizant of their safety procedures. And each update would be a new reminder for them to pay attention.
